Skills to Act Early and Well

Creating a respectful workplace requires more than good intentions. This module explores the skills and knowledge needed to put respect into practice, including respectful communication, responding to concerns, and supporting others when harmful behaviour occurs. You'll learn how to be an effective upstander, why upstander behaviour is critical to building respectful workplace cultures, and the important role leaders play in responding to and addressing disrespectful behaviour early and appropriately.

• To purchase one course for yourself or up to four people: Select the individual licenses option in License Type (above) and specify how many modules you wish to purchase in the Quantity box. Add the course/s to your cart and complete the checkout process. • To purchase multiple courses for your team members (more than five modules): Select the team licences option in Licence Type (above) and specify how many modules you wish to purchase in the Quantity box. Then complete the checkout process. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to distribute access to your group.
