This module explores what respect at work really means in Aotearoa. You'll learn about the laws that protect people from discrimination, harassment, and bullying, while also examining how the line between illegal and simply disrespectful behaviour can sometimes be difficult to see. The module explores why many incidents go unreported, the role psychological safety plays in creating safer workplaces, and how everyday behaviours can either support or undermine respect, dignity, and manaakitanga.

• To purchase one course for yourself or up to four people: Select the individual licenses option in License Type (above) and specify how many modules you wish to purchase in the Quantity box. Add the course/s to your cart and complete the checkout process. • To purchase multiple courses for your team members (more than five modules): Select the team licences option in Licence Type (above) and specify how many modules you wish to purchase in the Quantity box. Then complete the checkout process. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to distribute access to your group. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your course link which will take you directly to the course. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If it does not arrive, please check your junk/spam folder.
