Emotional Intelligence Module Two

In this module, we’ll build on what you learned in Module 1 by exploring two key competencies of Emotional Intelligence: Self Management and Social Awareness. You’ll learn new techniques while also recognising the emotional self-management strategies you’ve already developed through your own life experiences and challenges.

We’ll explore how non-verbal cues, especially facial expressions, can help you better understand others and build stronger connections across different cultures. You’ll also learn how thoughtfully reflecting people’s emotions back to them can help manage difficult conversations and reduce conflict.

Payment Details:

• To purchase one course for yourself: Add the course to your cart and complete the checkout process. Please enter your work email address in the contact details section.
• To purchase multiple courses for your team members: Adjust the course quantity in your cart to the number of seats you would like to purchase, then complete the checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to distribute access to your group.
