In this module, we’ll deepen our understanding of Relationship Management, one of the four key competencies of Emotional Intelligence. You’ll see how effective relationship management builds on the other three competencies and plays a vital role in creating workplaces that foster trust, inclusivity, and low levels of conflict.
As with the previous modules, you’ll be introduced to practical tips and techniques to strengthen your relationship management skills. These include using strategic questioning and shifting your perspective to better understand another person’s experience and point of view.
Payment Details:

- To purchase one course for yourself: Add the course to your cart and complete the checkout process. Please enter your work email address in the contact details section.
- To purchase multiple courses for your team members: Adjust the course quantity in your cart to the number of seats you would like to purchase, then complete the checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to distribute access to your group.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your course link which will take you directly to the course. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If it does not arrive, please check your junk/spam folder.
