Emotional Intelligence Module One

In this first module, you’ll refresh your understanding of Emotional Intelligence (EI), the ability to recognise and manage your own emotions while building positive relationships with others. We’ll explore how EI supports collaboration, inclusivity and manākitanga in the workplace, helping create environments where everyone feels valued and respected.

You’ll learn about the four core competencies of EI and reflect on your own emotional intelligence, what it looks like in action and how it can support your professional growth and development.

Payment Details:

• To purchase one course for yourself: Add the course to your cart and complete the checkout process. Please enter your work email address in the contact details section.
• To purchase multiple courses for your team members: Adjust the course quantity in your cart to the number of seats you would like to purchase, then complete the checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to distribute access to your group.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your course link which will take you directly to the course. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If it does not arrive, please check your junk/spam folder.
